\nThe workshop is a 3-4 minute walk from the metro. It is 100m2 and has a checkroom entrance, toilets and washbasin, a large kitchen fully equipped with public and professional equipment. A large room of 70m2 is perfect to accommodate students with a resting area\/library of cookbooks.
