This last one brings a new consistency and a little extra crunch. They have a delicious buttery taste and are perfectly crisp. A delightful accompaniment to a lemon sorbet!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><b><span style=\"\">Recipe:&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><b><span style=\"\">85g of sugar<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">150g of soft butter<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">15 lemon zest<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">210g of flour<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">50g of corn flour<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1\/2 teaspoon of liquid vanilla<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">a good pinch of salt<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nPut the sugar and butter in the bowl of your food processor or in a container.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_3026-1024x682.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\"  imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1067\" data-original-width=\"1600\" height=\"266\" src=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_3026-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"400\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>\nAdd the lemon zest. Spread it out on parchment paper. It is obvious that you can do without this kind of utensil and make the shortbread without it.
