12 small pepper artichokes<\/b><\/li>\n
2 yellow lemons<\/b><\/li>\n
1\/2 red onion<\/b><\/li>\n
200g of feta cheese <\/b><\/li>\n
olive oil<\/b><\/li>\n
a few sprigs of fresh dill<\/b><\/li>\n

Here are the small artichokes. A little delight!<\/p>\n

Start by squeezing one of the two lemons. <\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
Pour the juice into a container and top up with a little water. Once the artichokes are prepared, you will put them in this lemon water to avoid their blackening. <\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
Cut off the stems of the artichokes.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
Peel off the first few leaves until you get to the softer, green leaves.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
Once this is done, peel the base of the artichoke.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Cut them in half. <\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Then remove some of the inner hay with a small spoon. <\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

As soon as it is done, place them in the lemon water. Do the same for all the artichokes. <\/div>\n

When finished, drain them well and place them on a piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. <\/div>\n

Close the foil and bake for 35 minutes at 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, finely chop half a peeled red onion.<\/p>\n

Place it in boiling water for 10 seconds.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n

So it’s very fast! Drain and place in a small bowl. Immediately sprinkle with a little lemon juice (two tablespoons).<\/div>\n

The onions will magically turn pink! Mix well and set aside.<\/p>\n

Cut the feta cheese into small pieces.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
When the artichokes are cooked, open the foil.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
Pour a little olive oil into a frying pan over fairly high heat and place the artichokes.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n
Saut\u00e9 until lightly colored.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/div>\n

In a serving dish, place the artichokes, top with feta cheese, red onion strips and a little chopped dill. Add salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with a little olive oil. There is nothing left to do but to devour! <\/div>\n
