In the heart of summer, I dream of a good seasonal fruit sorbet. Well, I confess to you in winter too ! I propose you this simple recipe, because at the moment I am on the writing of my next book, the 5th already ! So I’m taking some time for myself and September will see more new recipes. So I’m here and far from abandoning my blog which will soon celebrate its 10th anniversary! Just need a little time to dive into my new book. In the meantime, enjoy the ice cream. <\/h2>\nFor one liter of sorbet :<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n- 700g of ripe and juicy peach flesh<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
- 450g of sugar cane syrup<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
- juice of one lemon<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
- that’s all…<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\nTake for your sorbet, beautiful ripe and juicy peaches.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n
