With the cold weather, there’s nothing like a nice, warm, comforting soup. I often make seasonal soups, but I came across some organic broccoli and spinach and really wanted to cook them. The result is a delight. I add cream and a little grated parmesan. This soup was unanimously approved!<\/p> \n \n

Recette VELOUT\u00c9 BROCOLI \u00c9PINARDS :<\/h2> \n \n

• 800g of broccoli<\/li> \n
• 1 onion<\/li> \n
• 50g semi-salted butter<\/li> \n
• 4 tablespoons of olive oil<\/li> \n
• 7 cloves of garlic<\/li> \n
• 400g of spinach<\/li> \n
• 2,3 liter of water<\/li> \n
• 250ml full cream<\/li> \n
• 50g grated parmesan<\/li> \n
• salt pepper<\/li> \n<\/ul> \n

  Start by peeling and cutting the onion into pieces.<\/p> \n \n

  Place the butter and olive oil in a large saucepan.<\/p> \n \n

  Heat over moderate heat and add the onion and peeled garlic cloves.<\/p> \n \n

  Cut the broccoli into pieces. You can even keep your foot<\/p> \n \n

  When the onion is nicely browned, add the spinach.<\/p> \n \n

  Stir regularly, the volume will drop!<\/p> \n \n

  Then add the broccoli.<\/p> \n \n

  Then pour in the water.<\/p> \n \n

  Let cook for 20-25 minutes and then pass the hand blender.<\/p> \n \n
