• 250g of T55 flour<\/li> \n
• 3g of baking powder<\/li> \n
• 125g of sweet or semi-salted butter or half and half<\/li> \n
• 50g of sugar<\/li> \n
• a good pinch of 4 spices<\/li> \n
• 75g of raisins<\/li> \n
• 1 egg of 50g<\/li> \n
• 15-20g of milk<\/li> \n
• melted butter for cooking<\/li> \n<\/ul> \n

  Put the flour, baking powder, sugar and cold butter cut into small pieces.<\/p> \n \n
