Nightmarish for some, delicious for others, black pudding is rarely indifferent. I’m one of those who love it! But then really! Even though I know what it’s made of. Not very glamorous to take a picture of, this parmentier is however perfect: apples saut\u00e9ed in butter, caramelized onions, homemade mashed potatoes and free-range black pudding. All with a good glass of red wine and a green salad and morale is high!! <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Mash potatoes:<\/b><\/div>\n

-800g of potatoes<\/b><\/div>\n

-80g semi-salted butter<\/b><\/div>\n

– salt, pepper, nutmeg<\/b><\/div>\n

-milk (at your convenience)<\/b><\/div>\n

Caramelized onions<\/b><\/div>\n
-5 onions<\/b><\/div>\n
-50g of butter <\/b><\/div>\n
-1 spoonful oil soup<\/b><\/div>\n
-1 tablespoon of sugar<\/b><\/div>\n
-se, pepper<\/b><\/div>\n

-3-4 apples<\/b><\/div>\n
-25g of butter<\/b><\/div>\n
– salt, pepper, nutmeg<\/b><\/div>\n

-400g of free-range black pudding<\/b><\/div>\n

First prepare the mash. Peel your potatoes and cook them for 20 to 30 minutes in water (or even steam). It will be enough to check the cooking by planting a fork in a large potato. She should be able to get in there easily. <\/i><\/div>\n
