In the heart of summer, I dream of a good seasonal fruit sorbet. Well, I confess to you in winter too ! I propose you this simple recipe, because at the moment I am writing my next book, the 5th already ! So I'm taking some time for myself and September will see more new recipes. So I'm here and far from abandoning my blog which will soon celebrate its 10th anniversary! Just need a little time to dive into my new book. In the meantime, enjoy the ice cream. Workshops are already scheduled until October 6. The program is over there!
