Et l’intérêt des recettes de Bernard tient justement dans les nombreuses photos (ô combien inutiles…!). Mais si vous préférez vous pouvez aussi utiliser le livre de Ginette Mathiot "Je sais cuisiner", qui contient plein de belles pages dépourvues de photos non indispensables. À bon entendeur 😉

Plus que 4h de cuisson et ça sera la dégustation!
