Je l’ai faite avec des poires au sirop maison et c’était très bon.
Comme dans la précédente tarte (celle crumble noisette) je n’ai pas senti les noisettes dans la pâte.
Dommage.

Un grand merci à vous, Bernard ! Un délice, et pas du tout lourd, ni trop sucré, ni trop riche. Au cas où l’information serait utile à certains: j’ai commencé à réaliser la tarte pour le soir-même car je n’avais pas vu qu’il fallait faire reposer la pâte sucrée une nuit au frigo. Je l’ai mise une heure et demie au frais et cela a quand même très bien fonctionné.
