J'aurais aimé également pouvoir réaliser de la crème glacée aux fraises, et au rhum raisin, mais je suppose qu'en tenant compte du jus des fraises, que la recette doit être adaptée ! Je pense qu'on doit pouvoir remplacer le stabilisateur (qu'on ne trouve pas partout) par du "Cremfix" ou"Chantifix" pour chantilly qu'on trouve plus facilement.

je voulais juste dire aussi a titre d'info que j'avais testé cette recette avec de la pate de speculos ( grande surface )
et qu'elle est divine !!!

je la met dans des pots de confiture ( vide )

quand il n'y a pas d'enfants, j'ajoute des speculos en morceaux au fond trempés rapidement dans un peu de café ( et un goute de rhum )…

pour les enfants, je met des speculos en moreaux au fond et des pépites de chocolat ( celle qui éclatent dans la bouche )…
ils en sont fou fou fou !!!

en 2 jours il n'y a plus rien…
