I have just returned from Rome where I spent a few days of vacation again, that I already offer you a really simple recipe! The translation being “cheese and pepper”. The sauce is made with the cheese and the pasta cooking water. You just have to be careful not to recook the sauce, which in this case would cause the pecorino to curdle. In about ten minutes, everything is ready and absolutely delicious!

They were a hit with my friends and I wanted to make a second version before the summer because they are perfect for a picnic or a buffet. Mango chutney

The other day I ate a mango that wasn't really good, and I ended up making a chutney out of it, kinda haphazardly. Delicious with lots of things: rice, foie gras, chicken etc. I did it again, this time with a better mango and adjusting the proportions to have a chutney that I love. I could eat it as it is with a spoon! A really simple recipe while waiting for the little calorie bomb that will arrive next week on the blog…
