Phở satay and shrimp soup

Satay phở soup is a fairly recent variation of traditional Vietnamese phở soup. I did not see it during my travels in Vietnam, but in restaurants in France. Whether traditional or not, the result is simply a pure delight. The broth is enriched with satay, so chili, peanuts and sugar. The soup is a little more hearty and spicy and will go well with large shrimp. Of course, meatballs can also be used. I'm just waiting for it to be cool enough to comfort myself with this decadent soup!

I offer you my recipe for crispy beef with caramel and pepper. The meat stays crispy thanks to a trick I discovered in Vietnam, even if this recipe is much more inspired by one I tasted in China. The sauce is delicious, sweet and well peppered. Every time I make this recipe, people are surprised by the incredible texture and inimitable flavor. It's always a hit at a dinner party. This recipe is perfect: a complete and very healthy dish. A spiced broth with fine and very tender meat in which aromatic herbs are added and depending on the version, nuoc mâm, hoisin sauce and a few mung bean sprouts. Perfect for a balanced meal with friends!
