Muesli Cake
This muesli cake is a real treat! It is however made without flour, sugar or fat. But with all the dried fruits it contains, it is very rich! It is perfect for breakfast or snack. I find it totally addictive, as it smells like bananas and the consistency is perfect. A big thank you to Dona Arlene, a Brazilian mother who lives in Aguaí and whom I know well, for her recipe that I love and who agreed that I share it here with you. To my great pleasure because it is a cake that I will make often!

Double chocolate cake
During confinement, there is nothing like cooking for yourself and/or your family. Of course, if this goes on too long, we'll all gain weight! But anyway, I suggest this double chocolate cake, because there is some in the dough and more in chips. A bit like the ultimate chocolate cake I've already proposed on the blog, but the result is different. Already here, there is almond powder. And the cake is at the end, much less puffed up and gives a more "square" result, with as always slices that cut perfectly! Also enjoy the video recipe (even if the quality is not great!).

Bread Pudding
On a recent vacation from writing my next book (due out in March 2020), I had bread pudding for breakfast. I then realized that I didn't have this recipe on my cooking blog yet! That's why I put the braided bun in, so I could then make this bread pudding. Because I always prefer it to brioche, rather than bread. It's quite funny, because visually it's quite particular, it looks like it's dry. While in the mouth it is a real delight: ultra soft and light in texture. The brioche absorbs the liquid and becomes ultra melting. Beware, because very addictive!

Apple pie with hazelnut crumble
It's been a while since I posted a dessert recipe. It's because I was currently writing and shooting my next book which will be released in March 2020! So here I am again with this delicious apple pie with hazelnut crumble. I love it because it's not very sweet, except for the crumble on top which balances it out nicely. I add a little chocolate. The combination of the hazelnuts in the melting apples, the crispy puff pastry and the crunch of the crumble is just perfect for my taste!

Matcha green tea cake with fresh cherries
A big slice of matcha green tea cake with fresh cherries for a snack, I was dreaming of it ! I offer you my recipe which gives a dense and soft cake at the same time, absolutely irresistible. I'm not the biggest fan of green tea, but in cake I recently changed my mind. I find that its flavor is sublimated!

Blue raisin and walnut cake
This recipe is one of the unpublished ones in my books. But I really wanted to share with you this delight from my third book "I'll take a bite out of it". We all make savory cakes and I have several attempts at the time to get the proportions I like for a fluffy batter, but where the ingredients don't fall to the bottom of the pan. I suggest this super-delicious version with blue cheese (I used Saint Agur here), nuts and raisins. You can vary by adding cranberries, dates and other nuts!
