J’ai ajouté l’ingrédient secret de ma région à ta recette, les zestes d’1 citron et j’ai modifié le lait entier de vache par du lait entier de chèvre, le tout cuit dans un NinjaCook, c’était parfait !!!!
J’ai juste des petits ajustements de température à faire à l’avenir parce que la crème a un peu bouilli sur le dessus, mais c’était quand même régal.
Merci du fond du cœur, j’avais peur que ta recette soit incorrecte comme beaucoup d’autres que j’avais essayé auparavant: texture trop liquide, caramel raté etc…
Ton blog est une perle rare !!!

Je me permets de partager ma recette : 1 litre de lait 1/2 écrémé à faire bouillir avec 6 c. à s. de sucre semoule et un sachet sucre vanillé, 6 oeufs battus en omelette. Pour le caramel, je fais fondre 12 morceaux de sucre avec un peu d’eau (surveiller la chauffe de près !), je le verse dans un moule à charlotte Tefal. Quand le caramel a refroidi (une goutte d’eau dedans stoppe la cuisson), je verse le mélange lait oeufs sucre par dessus et fais cuire comme Bernard (bain-marie très important). C’est tellement simple et tellement bon !
