Liquéfier la pâte à tartiner en la passant quelques dizaines de secondes au micro-onde. Remplir 20 g de pâte à tartiner dans chaque mini tartelette et mettre 1 heure au congélateur !

On trouve la vergeoise au rayon "sucre", en général. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas joindre de photo, pour vous montrer l'emballage. Par ici, les grandes surfaces comme Leclerc ou auchan en proposent, de la brune et de la blonde. Bonne quête! Et bons cookies!

Je viens de les tester et ils font déjà le bonheur de mes enfants. J'ai évidemment "craqué" et ai utilisé du Nutella !!!!
Par contre, j'ai divisé la quantité de sucre par 3. C'est énorme plus de 300 g. de sucre. Ils sont suffisamment sucrés comme cela au goût de mes enfants. Merci pour cette recette.

Je m'avance peut-être un peu, mais je pense que la taille des œufs peut jouer. S les œufs étaient particulièrement gros, peut-être que la pate est restée trop liquide.

une idée pour les proportions ??(100% farine de riz ? ou 50% farine de riz, 25% farine de mais et 25% farine de sarrasin ?).

Comme il n'y a pas besoin de faire lever la pâte. Ça devrait marcher non ? juste à espérer que la pâte soit pas cassante.

En tout cas ça donne bien envie ^^
