Souvent on a la beghin say, elle a moins de goût que la graeffe (à mon avis, c'est meilleur avec la graeffe).

Vergeoise blonde ne fait pas du tout partie de notre vocabulaire. Est-ce que nous appelons de la cassonade blonde (http://www.lestaminette.com/sucre-et-cassonnade/104-cassonade-blonde-graeffe-nord-sucre-tradition-original-souvenirs-plaisir-cuisiner-artisanal.html, faite à partir de betteraves sucrières) ou du sucre de canne?

Dans le doute, j'ai mis du sucre de canne (et moins de sel, j'avoue). Ils viennent de finir de cuire.Plus petits, donc plus!!!
