Je fais toujours chauffer la marinade et une fois versée sur les concombres, je fais stériliser 15mn les bocaux mi fermés, puis les ferme bien et les retourne couverts d’un torchon. Une fois froids je les range à l’abri de la lumière et ils conservent longtemps. Ils gardent du croquant et parfum.
J’ai fait cette méthode à froid mais les concombres se sont transformés en bouillie.
