J’aime beaucoup l’idée d’associer la pistache avec des cheveux d’ange et du chocolat, ça sort clairement des sentiers battus. Le mélange de textures entre le fondant et le croustillant semble très intéressant, et c’est sympa de voir une recette qui mise autant sur ce contraste. La pâte de pistache maison semble technique à préparer, mais heureusement, il y a des alternatives, ce qui rend la recette plus accessible. J’apprécie aussi que la méthode soit détaillée, avec des astuces pour le tempérage du chocolat, parce que c’est souvent la partie la plus difficile. C’est le genre de gourmandise que j’aimerais bien tester un jour, même si ça demande un peu de temps et de patience. Merci pour cette découverte originale qui change des desserts classiques.
