Qu’est-ce qui a pu se passer ? Mélange à la spatule et non au robot ? (Mais c’est ainsi dans les photos.) Chunks non roules dans la farine ? (Mais c’est le protocole.) Farine versée d’un coup ? C’était aussi très gras, suintant même. Très curieux.

On dirait que ça a manqué de cuisson, bien que j’ai respecté t° et temps , et que l’aspect extérieur était tout à fait beau.
