Oui en effet il est ferme quand il sort du réfrigérateur, mais sa consistance est comme j'aime. Après vous pouvez le conserver à température ambiante. Le principal est de passer la première nuit au frais ! 🙂

Cuit cette nuit (en rajoutant 15mn de cuisson, je crois que mon four est en fin de vie), je viens d'en déguster un morceau au sortir du frigo : la sensation de prendre une brique dans les mains s'est vite dissipée en le goutant : il est dense mais très bon. une autre tranche est coupée pour le café du midi, voir ce qu'il va donner après 1h en "plein air".
d'ailleurs ma question c'était : faut il le conserver au frigo ou à température ambiante.
