Pour ma part voici des années que je fais du bread pudding pour le petit déjeuner. Je le fais avec du pain et/ou de la brioche en fonction des restes dans mon tiroir à pain. Je
ne mets pas de sucre mais je rajoute volontiers des fruits secs et/ou de la pomme, de la poudre d’amandes ou du son d’avoine. Délicieux en tranches avec une gelée de groseilles maison ou saupoudré de sucre cristal pour le croustillant !

Je verse le tout dans un plat à cake et hop au four.
On le mange au petit déjeuner avec un peu de confiture (puisque je le sucre à peine).

avec de l’épice à pain d’épices c’est une tuerie si en plus,tu rajoutes des pommes !

Je le prépare avec de la crème liquide et il attend toute la nuit.
Au réveil je le fais cuire…. J’y ajoute de toutes petites billes de beurre que j’enfonce. Il est mangé dans la foulée.
Pas bon du tout pour la ligne.
