Nous sommes allés en Grèce en 2021 et y avons découvert ces fantastiques beignets. Je n’ai jamais réussi à refaire quelque chose de satisfaisant, je vais donc m’empresser de tester cette recette.
Tu indiques de ne pas jeter le jus de tomate, mais quel usage en faire ? Pour rectifier la consistance de la pâte ?
