Voici plusieurs fois que je m'interroge en lisant cette recette. Je n'ai pas de feuilles citron Kaffir pour vos raviolis frits, mais habitant le Sud de la France, j'ai un mandarinier et un citronnier dans le jardin. Puis-je utiliser leurs feuilles à la place?

je t'ai decouvert sur cuisine tv et maintenant sur ton blog,j'adore la cuisine thaillandaise dailleur ma belle soeur est thaie,mais elle ne m'a pas encore fait decouvert cette recette de ballotin.alors je l'ai réalisée,par contre quand j'ai eu terminée la farce j'en ai fais cuir une petite quantité au micro ond et j'ai trouvé que ça manqué de sel,donc pour ma part j'ai rajoutée de la sauce poisson.j'ai congelée les ballotins crus car je vais les faire ce week end.à ton avis je l'ai cuit encore congelés??

J'ai rajouté le vert des oignons verts une fois le tout mixé pour que ce soit moins sec. Ne pas hésiter à prendre de la viande un peu grasse. J'ai fait avec des feuilles pour samoussas et des feuilles à watoon, je préfère votre version avec les watoons (plus croustillant).

Cependant, qu'y a t il dans votre pâte de Curry rouge, j'ai peur de ne pas avoir pris la bonne (dans la mienne : coriandre, tomates, cumin…) Bizarre du cumin là dedans non ? Du coup, ça a noyé les autres saveurs et je ne sentais que ça.

je découvre votre site pour la 1ere fois et j'adore. Étant d'origine laotienne, je prends les galettes de blé (on les trouve en épicerie asiatique rayons congélateurs). Je fais les nems et samoussas avec. Mais les wontons sont très bien aussi. Vos recettes sont superbes surtout quand je découvre celle du "pho", rajoutez des boulettes de boeufs (épiceries asiatiques), c'est délicieux… Bonne continuation…
