\nNous repartons en Chine, cette fois \u00e0 Guangzhou. Plaque tournante commerciale, la ville est organis\u00e9e en quartier d’articles en gros. On retrouve malgr\u00e9 tout \u00e0 Canton, des march\u00e9s de quartiers tr\u00e8s vivants. Ville du riz…cantonnais et des “dim-sum”, je suis all\u00e9 pour vous dans le restaurant de ces petites bouch\u00e9es o\u00f9 travaillait le plus respect\u00e9 des chefs du pays. C’est dire! Mais on retrouve \u00e0 Canton, le paradis des cuisiniers amateurs ou&nbsp;professionnels, car c’est ici que se trouve le plus grand centre d’ustensiles de cuisine et d’articles d’h\u00f4tellerie au monde… au presque dixi\u00e8me du prix! Un complexe gigantesque o\u00f9 les acheteurs se d\u00e9placent en mobylette et voiture (sauf moi!), un v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9seau de boutiques type “Mora” ou “Simon” \u00e0 des prix d\u00e9fiant toute&nbsp;concurrence. Je vous&nbsp;emm\u00e8nerai au coeur de la Chine commerciale mais je vous pr\u00e9viens: <b>les images des march\u00e9s peuvent choquer!<\/b>&nbsp;Il faut juste garder en t\u00eate que tout est affaire de culture. Nous mangeons bien en France des escargots, des grenouilles et du…lapin. Ce qui peut d\u00e9go\u00fbter nombre d’habitants sur Terre. Gardez donc l’esprit ouvert sur les moeurs culinaires de nos amis chinois!&nbsp;<\/div>

\n<i>D\u00e8s mon arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Canton, je me pr\u00e9cipite au Liwan Plaza… Un centre commercial de pierres pr\u00e9cieuses, semi-pr\u00e9cieuses et des pierres de collection min\u00e9ralogique (une autre de mes passions!). Un centre hallucinant sur lequel je ne vais pas m’attarder ici. Mais au pied de ce centre se trouve un labyrinthe de march\u00e9s qui s’entrecroisent. On commence doucement avec des fruits et des l\u00e9gumes!<\/i><\/div>
