أي شخص زار تايلاند أو مطعم تايلاندي وتذوق هذه الحلوى يعرف أن “أرز المانجو اللزج” يسبب الإدمان تمامًا! إذا كنت تحب أرز باللبن ، فهذه الوصفة لك. نحن هنا مع أرز لزج لذيذ للغاية مع حليب جوز الهند ، محلى قليلاً بسكر النخيل ، مصحوبة بقطع من المانجو الطازجة. إنه ببساطة لا يقاوم. ولأولئك الذين يتوخون الحذر والخالي من الغلوتين والنباتيين! 
 
 

لـ 4 أشخاص: 

  • 250 جرام أرز لزج
  • ملعقة صغيرة من الفاصوليا الصفراء (اختياري)
  • 250 مل حليب جوز الهند
  • 40 جرامًا من سكر النخيل (أو السكر البني إذا تعذر ذلك) أعتقد أنه يكفي
  • 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
  • 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة منكه بندانوس
  • 1 مانجو ناضجة جدا

لهذه الوصفة ، نقع الأرز اللزج في الماء لمدة 3 ساعات على الأقل.

 

قم بوزن الكمية المطلوبة.

يمكنك أيضًا تركه بين عشية وضحاها ، فلا داعي لخطر تضخم الأرز كثيرًا!

 
نقع أيضًا ملعقة صغيرة من الفاصوليا الصفراء في وعاء صغير من الماء البارد. 
 

 

هنا سكر النخيل. يمكنك استبداله بالسكر البني.

 

عندما ينقع الأرز بشكل كافٍ:
يُسكب حليب جوز الهند في قدر صغير مع السكر والملح ونكهة أوراق الباندانوس. سخنيها على نار خفيفة حتى يذوب السكر. الحجز.

 

لقد أخذت نكهة اصطناعية ، لكن إذا بحثت في الشبكة ، يمكنك العثور على نكهات طبيعية. يمكنك أيضًا القيام بذلك بنفسك بأوراق طازجة. أوراق الباندانوس لها رائحة خاصة جدًا تميل إلى البندق ، إنها مفاجأة للغاية. سأقدم لك قريبًا شرحًا عن كيفية صنع ماء أوراقك محليًا. 

 

 

 

سيكون عليك طهي الأرز اللزج بالبخار. صفيها جيدًا ، ثم اشطفيها دون فركها بين يديك ، لأن الأرز في هذه المرحلة (بعد النقع) هش وقد يتفتت. بمجرد تجفيفه ، ضعه في سلة من الخيزران بشكل مفضل ، لأن ذلك سيعطي طعمًا لا يضاهى. 

 

 

ضع السلة فوق كمية من الماء المغلي. يجب ألا يلمس قاع السلة الماء. يمكنك أيضًا طهيه في قدر بخاري تقليدي. لكن لا سيما في المقلاة. فقط البخار هو الذي ينتج أرزًا لزجًا حقيقيًا. 

 

 

ضعي غطاء واطبخي الأرز لمدة نصف ساعة. 

 

 
في هذه الأثناء ، امسح حبوب المونج بمنشفة ورقية. 
 

ثم اقليها بكمية قليلة من الزيت في مقلاة.

 

بمجرد أن ينضج الأرز ، صبه في وعاء.

 

أضف حليب جوز الهند الساخن (ساخن إذا لزم الأمر) أثناء الخلط.

 

سيشرب الأرز اللزج حليب جوز الهند ببطء. لذا أضفه كما تذهب.

قشر المانجو وقطعيها إلى قطع.

 

 
 
قدمي على الفور حصة من الأرز اللزج مع بعض الفاصوليا المقلية والمانجو الطازجة. المزيج بين نضارة المانجو وسخونة الأرز يعطي هذه الحلوى اللذيذة بشكل لا يصدق!
