الحلوى التي ينتظرها الكثيرون! ومع ذلك ، فإنه من السهل جدًا صنعه ، بل إنه أفضل مع المواقد “محلية الصنع” والكراميل المملح بالزبدة. كعكة منحلة ، خاصة مع الكريمة المخفوقة المزدوجة في الأعلى! حلاوة إنجليزية للغاية يمكن صنعها بالحجم المرغوب ، مع الشوكولاتة أو بدونها.

وصفة فطيرة البانوفي:
عجين:
-180 جرام وصفة مسنّنات هنا
– 40 غ من الزبدة المذابة غير المملحة

كريمة مخفوقة “دبل”:
-250 جرام مسكربون
-250 جم كريمة خفق كاملة
– 80 جرام سكر بودرة

-2 موز
– 125 جرام شوكولاتة داكنة 
– 100 جرام كريمة خفق
– 15 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
– 200 جرام كراميل مملح بالزبدة (وصفة هنا !) أو “دولتشي دي ليتشي”

يُسخن الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية.
ابدأ بطحن المسامير وتحويلها إلى مسحوق. انقر هنا للذهاب مباشرة إلى الوصفة!


أضف الزبدة المذابة.



تخلط جيدا وتوضع العجينة في 4 حلقات موس بقطر 8 سم. اضغط لأسفل بظهر الملعقة.



اخبزيها لمدة 12 دقيقة عند 180 درجة مئوية.


نقطع الموز إلى شرائح رفيعة ونضع نصف موزة في كل دائرة.



يُسكب الكراميل الدافئ قليلاً فوق الموز. ملعقتان أو ثلاث ملاعق كبيرة لكل دائرة.



نضعها في البراد لتتجمد الكراميل ، ساعة جيدة في الثلاجة. 




يمكنك الاستغناء عن الشوكولاتة التي لا تجدها دائمًا في فطائر البانوفي … لكنها أفضل مع!
لغناش الشوكولاتة. سخني الكريمة الكاملة واسكبيها فوق قطع الشوكولاتة إلى قطع (أو معجنات مثل بلدي!).

 

 أضف الزبدة الطرية واخلطها بمضرب كهربائي لتجانس كل شيء.


يُسكب غاناش الشوكولاتة فوق الكراميل القوي.




برد لمدة ساعتين على الأقل. ضعي الماسكاربوني وكريمة الخفق في وعاء مع المخفقة في الثلاجة. 



ثم عندما تصبح جاهزًا للتقديم ، اخفق كل شيء معًا مع إضافة السكر البودرة. 


قم بإلغاء تدوير فطيرة البانوفي بمجفف شعر (من أجل إزالة الدورة الدموية بشكل مثالي !!).




ثم نضيف ملعقتين كبيرتين من الكريمة المخفوقة على فطيرة البانوفي …
