J’ai réduit le sucre à 120g de sucre cassonade (ce qui est suffisant pour moi), j’y ai ajouté des myrtilles surgelées (sans avoir besoin de les décongeler avant) et j’ai fait un mix poudre d’amandes et poudre de noisette car il m’en manquait. J’ai pu faire 9 petits moelleux dans des moules à muffins pour faire de plus petites portions.
Je garde la recette pour la refaire plus tard.

J'ai remplacer la farine par de la farine de chataigne, le sucre par 100 gr de miel et le beurre par du ghee (beurre clarifie) et de la poudre d'amandes.
