C’est le meilleur baba que j’ai réussi à faire jusqu’à maintenant. Très bonne texture, très bon goût. Tous mes amis ont adoré ! J’ai divisé la pâte en deux parties: Un moule à brioche et un moule à charlotte, ceux que j’avais disponibles ! Il manquait juste un peu de sirop pour bien imbiber. Je crois que j’augmenterais la quantité de sirop pour la prochaine fois. J’ai aussi trempé au préalable une poignée de raisins secs dans du rhum et j’ai rajouté à la pâte.
Les recettes que j’ai essayées auparavant avaient la texture d’un gâteau ! Votre baba a la texture d’une bonne brioche imbibée. Merci encore ! J’en suis ravie moi qui adore les bons babas !

Comme bcp d'autres commentaires, la pate est vraiment mais vraiment trop épaisse !!
Vous devriez mettre à jour votre recette ou tout simplement de l'effacer, car en suivant votre recette, je me suis dit que je m'étais loupé, mais en lisant les commentaires, ça m'a plutôt rassuré.
Au final j'ai tout jeté….
Sur ce savarin, désolé, mais la, c'est ZERO POINTE…
Pour les futurs internautes, sur cette recette passé votre chemin.
