  • ضعي الجبن الكريمي في وعاء ثم ضعيه في الميكروويف لمدة 45 ثانية حتى يلين قليلاً. نسكب كيسين من سكر الفانيليا، ثم نكمل وزن السكر الإجمالي إلى 160 جرامًا (حوالي 15 جرامًا من سكر الفانيليا و145 جرامًا من السكر).
  • خذ الفانيلين من حبتين من الفانيليا مقسمتين إلى قسمين.
  • اخلطي الجبن الكريمي المحلى.
  • أضيفي البيض والفانيليا السائلة.
  • انتهى مع نشا الذرة والفروماج بلانك. اخلطي المكونات جيداً باستخدام مضرب يدوي إذا لزم الأمر.
  • يُبطن قالب مقاس 18 سم بقاعدة قابلة للإزالة بورق الخبز. صب كل شيء في القالب.
  • يُطهى لمدة 50 دقيقة في فرن تم تسخينه مسبقًا إلى 230 درجة مئوية على نار ثابتة (ليست حرارة دوارة). سوف تنتفخ الكعكة (ثم تسقط) وتحصل على قشرة جميلة ذات ألوان جيدة. عند الانتهاء من الطهي، اتركيه في الفرن المطفأ مع فتح الباب لمدة 15 دقيقة.
  • ثم دعها تجلس في درجة حرارة الغرفة.
  • ثم ضعيها في الثلاجة طوال الليل قبل تقطيعها إلى شرائح وتقديمها.
  • فرحة تذوب القلب!
