Canelés من بوردو

ها هي وصفة الكانيلز (نعم ، يوجد N واحد فقط!) وكل ما تحتاج إلى معرفته لتحقيق النجاح التام لهم! الوصفة طويلة قليلاً للقراءة ولكنها نتيجة العديد من الاختبارات. تم حل جميع الصعوبات التي واجهتها. هذه هي الوصفة التي أبقيتها سرا لفترة طويلة. لكن كل أسراري هنا! بوردو كانيلز ، كما يوحي اسمها ، من بوردو. وإذا كانت مصنوعة في قوالب مخددة ، فذلك بسبب اسمها الأصلي (canaules) وليس العكس كما يعتقد الجميع! كان الكانولي نوعًا من الخبز المصنوع من صفار البيض ، والذي سقط في غياهب النسيان في القرن التاسع عشر وتم تحديثه في أوائل القرن العشرين من قبل طاهي المعجنات الذي أضاف الروم والفانيليا. نظرًا لاسم المعجنات ، يخبزها في قالب مخدد. لم تختف كلمة "N" الثانية من كلمة canelé حتى عام 1985 لتصبح canelé!
