في تشرين الثاني (نوفمبر) الماضي ، ذهبت كل عامين إلى Périgueux لحضور معرض كتب الطبخ. لقد كنت أذهب إلى هناك بشكل منهجي منذ كتابي الأول في عام 2014. هذه المرة تذوقت كعكة الجوز التي بدت إلى حد كبير مثل تلك التي أعرضها لكم اليوم ، حتى لو كنت من صنعها ، مع تفسيري. كانت النتيجة ممتازة. الجوز موجود في كل مكان. أولاً في العجين بالشوكولاتة وفي الحشوة بقليل من نبيذ الجوز ، مما يعطي نعومة ونضارة غير متوقعة. من المحاولة الأولى ، كانت تلك هي التجربة التي أحببتها (على الرغم من أنني فعلت عدة مرات للتأكد!). يمكن الاحتفاظ بها لعدة أيام ، أو لأكثر من أسبوع.
