الخطوات
 

  • نفتح الحلومي ونقطعه إلى 3 قطع بالطول.
  • اغمسي كل شريحة في الدقيق من كل جانب. إزالة الفائض ثم غمرها في الحليب المخمر. أزيلي الكمية الزائدة مرة أخرى ثم ضعيها في وعاء يحتوي على دقيق الشوفان.
  • يرش بالرقائق لتغطية كامل سطح شرائح الجبن. اتركها في الرقائق لمدة 5 دقائق بينما تقوم بتسخين الزيت في قدر صغيرة.
  • عندما يسخن الزيت، حوالي 180 درجة مئوية، اغمسي الشرائح واحدة تلو الأخرى حتى تحصل على لون ذهبي جميل. صفيها على ورق ماص.
  • يتبل بالملح والفلفل حسب الرغبة، ثم يقدم مع العسل وشرائح الليمون المتوفرة.
