  • قم أولاً بطهي البطاطس مع قشرتها في الفرن على حرارة 190 درجة مئوية لمدة 50 دقيقة. أنت بحاجة إلى بطاطس دقيقة. هذه هي أفضل طريقة للحصول على لحم بطاطس جاف جدًا في نهاية الطهي. لا تطبخهم في الماء!
