مع أو بدون حفر ... هذه هي المعضلة الأبدية لكلافوتيس! إذا ذهبت إلى ليموزين وقلت إنك ستصنع كلافوتيس بالكرز منزوع النوى ، فأنا لا أعطي الكثير من بشرتك! لذلك أقدم لكم النسخة الكلاسيكية من هذه الحلوى ، مع العجين الأساسي والكرز الكامل. لكن بعد التجربة مع الحفر أو بدونها ، يمكنني أن أخبرك أنه شخصيًا ، لا يغير المذاق. يبدو أن الحجر ، أثناء الطهي ، يترك النكهة ، لكن لم يشعر أحد بالفرق ... ونعم ، أعترف بذلك ، أفضل كلافوتيس بدون حجر ، وهو أسهل في الأكل. لذلك أترك لك أيضًا وصفتي لكلافوتيس ، وهي وصفة أقل تقليدية بالطبع. لذلك سيكون لديك الخيار وأطلب من الأصوليين السماح لي بتناول الطعام دون الحاجة إلى بصق حفرتي!
