C’était pour mon mari brésilien à la base, mais maintenant on se bat pour la dernière part à chaque fois! C’est un délice et une réussite à chaque fois!

J'ai fait ce bon gâteau brésilien, on dirait un flan en beaucoup plus léger. On ne sent pas du tout le parmesan et quel croustillant le jour même dû à la farine de maïs.
Il se conserve très bien plusieurs jours au frigo.
On pourrait même y rajouter du chocolat (pépites) ou bien des pruneaux.

Bonsoir ! En fait la farine de maïs ne contient pas de gluten et retombe finalement au fond du moule pour former cette couche plus ferme. Le dessus est formé avec le lait et la croûte avec le parmesan. C'est finalement tout simple et automatique ! 🙂 Pour le blender, avez-vous au moins un mixeur plongeant?
