Instructions :
اهرسي لب الموز بالشوكة.
تصب في وعاء.
نضيف 3 بيضات ونخلط جيدا.
يقطع المشمش المجفف.
صب في الحاوية وافعل الشيء نفسه مع البرقوق.
نفس الشيء بالنسبة للجوز واللوز.
لا تنس الزبيب!
تخلط جيدا ثم تضاف مع نخالة الشوفان (على اليسار في الصورة) ورقائق الشوفان.
أنهي مع البيكنج بودر. تخلط بعناية.
يُسكب في القالب المدهون ويُملس الجزء العلوي بملعقة.
تخبز في درجة حرارة 155 درجة مئوية لمدة ساعة واحدة و 1 ساعة و 10 دقائق.
Unmold واتركه يبرد.
كما هو الحال دائمًا بالنسبة للكعك ، سيكون غدًا أفضل بكثير.
