خلال العشاء الذي نظمته Lagostina ، تذوقنا كمقبلات (من بين أشياء أخرى …) الخبز المحمص اللذيذ الذي يمر في زيت الزيتون. الجميع وجدها لذيذة ومبتكرة بشكل خاص. ذهبت لرؤية طاهينا في ذلك المساء ، أوليمب ، من كازا أوليمب ، وسألتها عن الوصفة التي قدمتها لي. وماذا إذن؟ شريحتان من الخبز المحمّر بزيت الزيتون ومغطاة بالبصل المطبوخ والأنشوجة والبيكورينو. كل شيء يذوب ، مقرمش و خصوصا لذيذة! لذلك قررت أن أشيد بأوليمبي ويجب أن أعترف أنني وجدت أن كروك أوليمب يرقى إلى مستوى اسمه! يمكنك تقديم قطع “كروك-أوليمب” إلى أربعة مقبلات!
وصفة “كروك أوليمب” لـ 4 أشخاص:
– 8 شرائح خبز أبيض كبيرة -3 بصل – 12 فيليه أنشوجة -100 جرام بيكورينو -زبدة مملحة -زيت الزيتون
إذا لم تتمكن من العثور على سمك الأنشوجة المنقوع في زيت الزيتون ، يمكنك وضعها في الصباح للمساء لتنقع فيه.
نقطع البصل إلى مكعبات.
سخني زيت الزيتون في مقلاة كبيرة أو مقلاة.
يُطهى البصل على نار متوسطة.
أضف القليل من الماء لطهي البصل.
يصبح البصل جاهزًا عندما يصبح شبه شفاف.
تقطع شرائح الأنشوجة إلى قطع صغيرة.
تُرفع القشرة عن شرائح الخبز.
زبدة جانب واحد فقط من شريحة في Croque-Olympe.
يُزين بالبصل بزيت الزيتون على شريحة الزبدة (الزبدة تحت البصل مباشرة ، داخل كروك أوليمب).
نضيف الأنشوجة المقطعة إلى قطع.
فرم البيكورينو ناعما. مع ماكينة حلاقة الكمأة ، الأمر أسهل!
أضف البيكورينو.
ثم أغلق بشريحة. افعل نفس الشيء لجميع Croque-Olympe.
سخني القليل من زيت الزيتون في مقلاة وأضيفي الكروك-أوليمب.
عندما يتحول لون الكروك أوليمب إلى اللون البني بشكل جيد ، قم بإزالته ، وأضف القليل من زيت الزيتون ثم ضعه مرة أخرى على الجانب الآخر.
