لقد مر وقت طويل منذ أن نشرت وصفة شوكولاتة. أقدم لكم هذا الإصدار الجديد مع حلوى البرالين الجير. شوكولاتة مقرمشة من أجل ذوبان وانفجار من الداخل بفضل نكهة الليمون الحامض. يبدو أن المزيد والمزيد منكم يصنعون الشوكولاتة “منزلية الصنع” باستخدام طريقة زبدة الكاكاو mycryo! كل ما عليك القيام به هو الحصول على مجموعة متنوعة من قوالب البولي كربونات أكثر من دواعي سروري الكبير لضيوفك أو عائلتك!
وصفة الشوكولاتة بالليمون: (لحوالي ستين قطعة شوكولاتة)
-400 إلى 500 جرام من الكوفيرتور (حليب أو أسود) في درجة حرارة الغرفة (الوصفة هنا )
– 5 جرام زبدة كاكاو مايكريو
-160 جرام من معجون البرالين محلي الصنع (الوصفة هنا )
-160 جرام من حلوى باري برالين (يمكنك أيضًا إضافة 250 جرام من حلوى البرالين محلية الصنع إذا كنت ترغب في ذلك)
قم بتلطيف الغطاء الأسود أو الحليب ثم املأ قوالب البولي بالشكل المختار. اكشطي جيداً بسكين الشوكولاتة أو بشفرة مسطحة كبيرة.
عليك تحضير بلح البحر بنفس طريقة حلزون البرالين بالضغط هنا !
تذوب الزبدة مع الشوكولاتة في حمام ماري أو في الميكروويف.
أضف حلوى البرالين. يمكنك وضع حلوى برالين “محلية الصنع” فقط أو نصف حلوى برالين “محلية الصنع” ونصف حلوى برالين باري (بما أنني أعرفه ، أضعه في كل مكان!).
اخلطي جيدا ثم أضيفي نكهة الليمون الحامض غير المعالج. أضع نكهة 6 ليمون ، لكن يمكنك وضع 4 ثمار ثم إضافتها واحدة تلو الأخرى حتى تحصل على النكهة التي تريدها.
تخلط جيدا ثم توضع حلوى البرالين في كيس مزود بفوهة 8 مم. املأ التجاويف بالشوكولاتة المخففة ، مع حلوى البرالين اللايم. ضعيه في الثلاجة حتى يتماسك البرالين قليلاً. ثم أغلق باستكمال الشوكولاتة المخففة.
يملس تمامًا ويكشط القالب.
اتركه لمدة ساعة أو ساعتين في درجة حرارة الغرفة ، ثم اقلب القالب. استرجع الشوكولاتة بقفازات لاتكس حتى لا تترك أثرًا على هذه الحلوى!
