140 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
185 جرام سكر بني
65 جرام شوكولاتة داكنة ذائبة
220 جرام طحين
140 غ جوز
20 جرام من مسحوق الكاكاو غير المحلى
40 جرام بيضة
للعلف:
140 غ جوز
50 جرام سكر
30 جرام بيضة
25 غ من ماء الجوز (نبيذ الجوز) أو بورت
نضع كل المكسرات (280 جم ، عجين + حشوة) في الخلاط ونخفق للحصول على مسحوق خشن.
في وعاء الروبوت أو في وعاء ، ضعي الزبدة شبه المملحة والسكر البني.
امزج حتى تحصل على كريم متجانس. نضيف 40 جم من البيض (نخفق بيضة في عجة وتزن الكمية اللازمة) والشوكولاتة الداكنة المذابة.
اخلطي ثم أضيفي الدقيق و 140 غ من مسحوق الجوز ومسحوق الكاكاو.
امزج فقط للحصول على عجينة متجانسة. ضعها في الثلاجة أثناء عمل الحشوة.
في وعاء ضع 140 جرام المتبقي من الجوز والسكر و 30 جرام من البيض ونبيذ الجوز. اخلط جيدا.
على ورق الزبدة ، افردي نصف العجينة حتى سمك 8 مم.
افرد النصف الآخر جانبًا. توضع الحشوة في وسط إحدى قطع العجين.
تأكد من ترك هامش 1.5 سم حول الحشوة لتناسب صينية الكيك المستخدمة. توضع العجينة الثانية على الحشوة. لهذه الوصفة ، أستخدم قالب كعك بقاعدة قابلة للإزالة.
مع حافة القالب ، قطعت العجين الزائد. مع الباقي ، يمكنك عمل كعكة الغريبة!
ثم تحصل على كعكة مثالية.
ضع ورقة مقطوعة في دائرة بحجم القالب للأسفل وشريطًا للمحيط. ضع الكعكة في القالب. نظرًا لأن حجم القالب هو بالضبط ، فقد يحتاج إلى تقليل حجمه عن طريق إحكامه يدويًا حتى يتناسب جيدًا.
