بدأ موسم التين لفترة (كل هذا يتوقف على البلد والتين المعني) وأردت حقًا أن أقدم لكم وصفة فطيرة رائعة جدًا. لا توجد صعوبة خاصة في وصفتي. توجد طبقة رقيقة من عجينة البندق على العجينة وأنا أقدم لكم هنا طريقة أصلية لوضعها دون أي صعوبة. كل ما تحتاجه هنا هو دائرتان مختلفتان (أو حتى لوحان أو طبقان) للحصول على فطيرة بحجم مثالي!
– 200 غ من مسحوق البندق – 100 جرام سكر -1 بيضة – 500 جرام من التين الطازج
تحضير المعجنات الحلوة:
نضع اللوز المطحون والسكر البودرة والدقيق والملح والزبدة في قطع في وعاء العجن.
صنفرة الخليط لدمج الزبدة بحرف “k” الخاص بالروبوت. أو باليد!
أضف البيض المخفوق مقدمًا واخلطه فقط لمزجها ، ولكن ليس أكثر!
نضع كرة من العجين على ورق زبدة ونضع عليها ورقة ثانية. يوزع بالأسطوانة بدون إضافة الدقيق ، كل شيء يبقى نظيفًا !!
قطع بدائرة 18 سم.
ضعي في وعاء ، مسحوق البندق والسكر.
أضف البيض.
تخلط جيدا: انها جاهزة!
توضع كرة العجين على ورق زبدة مع رش السكر البودرة. نرش السكر البودرة ونفرد بواسطة شوبك.
افرديها برفق ثم قطعيها بدائرة 16 سم.
انزع العجينة الزائدة حول الدائرة. بالورق ، ضع قرص البندق على قرص العجين. ثم تقلع مثل a صائق.
تحصل على دائرة عجين مثالية مع قرص جميل من عجينة البندق. سهل!
نقطع التين إلى قطع. أقطع كل ربع إلى أثلاث.
رشي التين على الفطيرة الرقيقة.
يرش السكر البودرة.
اخبزيها في درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة عشرين دقيقة. عليك أن تتحقق و يتكيف في فرنه الخاص. يجب أن يكون لون العجين بنياً ذهبياً ويجب أن يطلق التين عصيره الذي يتكرمل قليلاً.
