بين الكيك والموس ، هذه الحلوى المنحلة تمامًا لا تتطلب الخبز أو الدقيق. لذلك فهو أقرب إلى رغوة غنية جدًا. قوام يذوب في الفم على الفور. من الضروري عمل هذه الوصفة في نسخة “لدغة”! أو في ترين قمنا بتقطيعه إلى شرائح رفيعة. من دواعي سروري مذنب ، ولكن جيد جدا!
وصفة لانحطاط الشوكولاتة:
-250 جرام شوكولاتة داكنة
– 190 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
– 125 جم سكر بودرة
-3 بيضات
– 1 ملعقة كبيرة حليب
-ملح
تذوب الزبدة مع الشوكولاتة والحليب في حمام مائي أو في الميكروويف.
في وعاء آخر ، اخلطي السكر البودرة وصفار البيض (اثنان في الصورة لأنني صنعت الوصفة بنسبة أقل).
اخفقيها لتبييض قدر الإمكان.
أضف خليط السكر المثلج صفار البيض إلى زبدة الشوكولاتة.
يخفق بياض البيض.
أضيفي البياض إلى الشوكولاتة برفق.
صب الخليط في قوالب أو تيرين. أنا أستخدم قوالب السيليكون لهذه الوصفة ، حتى أكون قادرًا على فك القوالب بعد ذلك.
ضع القالب في الثلاجة ثم ، عندما يكون الملمس صلبًا ، ضعه في الفريزر (حتى تتمكن من فك القالب ، سيتعين عليك التجميد!) لمدة ساعة أو ساعتين.
قبل التقديم بساعة ، انقع القالب في الماء لبضع ثوان الحار.
