لقد عدت لتوي من أسبوع رائع في كورسيكا ، وعلى الرغم من أنني ذهبت إلى هناك في الثالثة من عمري ، إلا أن لدي ذكريات حية للغاية عن روائح الجزيرة. ها هي الوصفة الأولى ، وهي وصفة كانستريللي باللوز. اشتريت الكثير منها محليًا وقمت بتحليل العبوات التي أعجبتني أكثر. ففعلت كالمعتاد ، ذهبت إلى ورشة العمل الخاصة بي لإجراء بعض الاختبارات. النتيجة مثالية. مقرمش جدا دون أن يكون قاسيا. مع الفانيليا والنبيذ الأبيض الجاف! الوصفة جاهزة في 5 دقائق مسطحة (حسنًا ، لا يزال هناك طهي!) وهي مناسبة للنباتيين.
وصفة 400 جرام من كانستريللي باللوز
200 جرام طحين
3 جرام بيكنج بودر
1 كيس 10 جرام من سكر الفانيليا
85 جرام سكر
2 رشة ملح جيدة
70 غ من زيت بذور اللفت المحايد
55 جرام نبيذ أبيض جاف
40 جرام لوز
ضع الدقيق والخميرة وسكر الفانيليا والسكر والملح في وعاء محضر الطعام أو في وعاء.
اخلطي ثم أضيفي الزيت.
امزج مع الورقة أو بأطراف أصابعك للحصول على نوع من الرمل.
اسكبي النبيذ الأبيض الجاف (الذي يمكنك استبداله بالماء) ، واخلطي حتى تتشكل العجينة ثم أضيفي اللوز. مزيج صغير أخير وهو جيد!
نقسم العجينة إلى كرتين.
اجعل كل كرة سجقًا طويلًا يبلغ طوله حوالي 30 سم.
اخبزيها لمدة 30 دقيقة عند 170 درجة مئوية. اتركيه ليبرد لمدة 20 دقيقة ثم قطعيه إلى شرائح بعرض 1 سم.
ضعها في الفرن مرة أخرى ، مع الحفاظ على درجة حرارة 170 درجة مئوية ، هذه المرة لمدة 20 دقيقة تقريبًا.
كل ما عليك فعله هو التهامهم أو تخزينهم في صندوق محكم الإغلاق!
